Circle Jerks é uma banda de hardcore formada em 1979 em Hermosa Beach-CA e é uma das pioneiras do estilo, influenciando bandas como Pennywise e Bad Religion. O som é um hardcore punk rapido, as letras são ironicas e muitas tratam o sexo de forma explicita e debochada ( o nome da banda significa "circulo de punheteiros"). A formação da banda é composta por Keith Morris (Ex Black Flag) no vocal, Greg Hetson (aquele careca, baixinho e magrelo que também toca no Bad Religion) na guitarra, Roger Rogerson no baixo e Lucky Leher na bateria.
O "The Show Must Go Off! Live at the House of Blues" foi lançado em 2004, junto com um DVD e contem 28 faixas freneticas.
